Who Invented Mobile Phones
We all know how effective they are but I don’t think all of you know Who Invented Mobile Phones. People are interested in using them they aren’t interested in finding their history. They don’t find a reason why they should know all these details and why should them? They don’t need to know who invented mobile phones in order to make different calls. Everybody can use mobile phones without knowing who invented mobile phones. We want to benefit of a device but we don’t want to know who its inventor was. People don’t want finding these details because they don’t consider it useful.
I don’t know how many of you know to answer to this question but I must say I am one of those people. I have the answer of this dilemma. Its inventor was Dr. Martin Cooper, a former general manager for the systems division of Motorola. He was the one which invented the mobile phone on April 3, 1973. May of you don’t even know who Martin Cooper was, but all of us should know and remember this name because he was the one which simplified our lives and offered us the mobile phones.
Hired by Motorola in 1954 in order to develop the portable devices, Dr. Martin Cooper had an important rival, Joe Engel, from the competitive company, AT$T. He was also trying to develop the first portable device but it was Dr. Martin Cooper who managed developing it. People say lots of things about these two great inventors. Probably the best rumor is that Joe Engel, Martin Cooper’s rival, started crying in the moment he found he was beaded by his rival. On April 3, 1973 Martin Cooper called his rival to inform him that he has managed developing the first portable device.
No one knows if this really happened, but that’s what people say. All the mobile phone consumers should know Who Invented Mobile Phones. They don’t need to know the whole story; they should know at least the identity of the one who invented mobile phones. No one would have imagined that Motorola, a mobile phone brand which today isn’t on the mobile phone consumers’ preferences, was the one which managed with the help of Dr. Martin Cooper to develop the first mobile phone.
