History Development Of Mobile Phones

Who hasn’t heard or even see the first mobile phones? No one can deny that they helped the ones who owned them but they had an inconvenience: they were huge. The first mobile phones were true rocks and it was quite a challenge taking with you this special device. If we compare the first mobile phones with the actual ones we’ll see how great the technological advancements are. Thanks to these brilliant minds we can benefit of small and elegant devices. How it would be our lives without mobile phones? Definetively harder, that’s the word which perfectly describes it.

Just think of the first mobile phone!!!!! Can you remember the first Motorola Dyna TAC? It was so heavy that people couldn’t take it with them all the time. It was launched in 1973, it has 23 inches, 1,1kg weight, it used to offer a talk time of 35 minutes and a charger time of 10 hours. If we compare it with an actual mobile phone it is a true rock but at that time was a true technological invention, no one can deny this. Without this first mobile phone we wouldn’t have what we have today. That’s a fact. But it had to pass 10 years in order to be used by people.

1983 was the year when people could use this Motorola Dyna TAC. It was the first commercial mobile phone which used to weight 453 gr and it used to coast $3500, the equivalent of $7400. 1990 was an important year because it registered the first million of mobile phone subscribers. Motorola will remain in the history of mobile phones for a long period from now on, although now they are about to renounce at this domain.

Motorola has done serious innovations like all the other mobile phone companies which appeared on the market after Motorola mobile phones. Nowadays every device arrives on different sites and it is promoted as if it is the latest and the most advanced mobile phone, but it isn’t. They want to sell them, that’s why they promoted so much. But there also are exceptions. There are devices which worth paying that particular sum of money.

If at the beginning mobile phones weren’t as small and advanced as they are nowadays, one can and must recognize its advancements. For example, Nokia has offered many portable devices which were bought all over the world. This mobile phone brand is known all over the world as the best mobile phone brand, who would dare say that Nokia mobile phones aren’t good? They are good, that’s why they occupy the first place in the top of the best ten mobile phones. If at the beginning Nokia mobile phones presented the same problem as Motorola mobile phones, and when I say problem I refer at their dimension, now these portable devices are so small that we even forget you have a mobile phone. Although they are very small they have incorporated advanced technology which can surprise all of us.
