So, one shouldn't speak on mobile phones before they go to bed because the risk of having insomnia is ten times higher. If we listen to the specialists we shouldn't use mobile phones. But why didn't they tell us this before using them, before they were even launched on the market? Now, it's too late, people have become addicted of mobile phones. We can no longer let them go.
