Are mobile phones dangerous?

Are you out of your mind? I bet this is your first reaction. But you shouldn’t pronounce yourself before you will closely read what I am going to write. Don’t make such a dangerous affirmation in saying that using a mobile phone is safe, because things aren’t as you may think they are. They are dangerous. Firstly, a not so important effect of mobile phones upon people is that we’ve became dependent of them. Once you use it, you can renounce it. It’s in your blood. When you’ve heard this, I bet you’re laughing and saying only for this you tell me that mobile phones are dangerous?

No, this is just a minor effect of mobile phones. There are others and more important reasons why I’m making such an affirmation. The specialists say that a person, who uses a mobile phone for a period of more than ten years, can generate serious damages. Mobile phone is considered to be even more dangerous than smoking and the risk of having a brain tumor is twice bigger than it was before you didn’t use mobile phones. They recommend us to give up for good to the mobile phones and if we can’t do this, it’s better if we keep them as far away as it possible from our body. Many of us hope this won’t happen because we can’t give up mobile phones.

The electromagnetic fields sent by the mobile phones can harm our health and this information scares us if we take into consideration that the number of mobile phones is bigger than the number of population. It’s quite preoccupying. If for an adult is so dangerous I wonder how it is for kids? Disastrous. That would be the answer. Using mobile phones, while a kid is near you, can harm the kid’s health and tumors aren’t the only disease which can be contacted by the kids. In their case, the risk is even higher.

Did I convince you that mobile phone are dangerous and it can harm us? If your answer is no, then I should continue in presenting you others reasons why mobile phones are dangerous. Besides the fact that you can become dependent and all the diseases generated by mobile phones; and let’s not forget that they aren’t any disease but mortal ones, once you get it, is very hard to beat it, there’s also the case of the doctors’ mobile phones.

Well, all the mobile phones which are used by the doctors in the hospitals are infected with different bacteria. Even worse than this, is that these bacteria are resistant to antibiotic treatment. Almost all the cell phones of the doctors and nurses are infected with bacteria and that should scare us. The specialists say that some of the bacteria can generate serious infections. If even this didn’t convince you that mobile phones are dangerous I don’t know what else could I possibly tell you in order to convince you not to throw away all your cell phones because I know that is impossible, but at least try to use them more rarely, only when you need them.
